Our Site, Contact Centre, Services, Offices and Employees provide you with access to administrative support services which may be of assistance to your business.
To provide our services, we solely rely on the information provided you to us. This is on the condition the information is provided in a timely fashion for us to deliver high-quality service and to help you meet relevant deadlines. Where the information provided is not relevant, is deficient in any respect, or is not provided in a suitable time period, we will not under any circumstances, be liable for any issues arising from this. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information, and requests for services and understandable, accurate and complete.
Boffix does not provide professional, legal or financial advice.
We have kept the Terms & Conditions simple so please read them. By accessing our services, products systems and sites you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions create legally binding obligations. If you do not understand any of these Terms or Conditions, feel free to contact us for clarification, and refrain from using boffix.

TERMS

These Terms (together with any other documents to which it refers) lets you know the terms of use on which you may access our Services, Systems and use of our Sites (Websites or Offices) www.boffix.com (“SSS”). Use of our site includes all forms of communication (e.g. telephone, SMS, written), or accessing, browsing, or registering to use our “SSS”.
Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use our “SSS”, as these will apply to your use of our “SSS”. These document’s will be updated over time and we recommend that you revisit them at regular times in the future to understand what updates have been added. By using our “SSS”, you confirm that you accept and will comply with these Terms.
Our Data Retention and Cookie Policy sets out the Terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our “SSS”, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data you provide is accurate and relevant at the time of issuing

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

As we develop the BOFFIX “SSS”, we will update the terms of use, privacy policy, and any other related documents on an ongoing basis. These will be posted to the Terms section of the website. We advise you to periodically check this page for any changes. We have a policy of continual development and will update our “SSS” at regular intervals. Any or all the content on our website or provided via traditional means such as copy, may be out of date due to delays in production. We do not guarantee that our site, documentation or services, or any content provided externally on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

ACCESSING BOFFIX “SSS”

We do not guarantee that our “SSS”, or any content provided, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to BOFFIX is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our “SSS” at any time, but will endeavour to provide you with sufficient time to seek alternative arrangements. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our “SSS” are unavailable at any time or for any period. We provide many forms of communicating with boffix as an integral part of our services, but welcome feedback where you think there are issues. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our “SSS” and are responsible for ensuring that all connected persons to you, who access our site or services, through your internet connection, telephone, or writing are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND ACCESS

If you are provided with, an identification code, password or any other item, information or product as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential to you.
We retain the right to disable any user identification code, password or device, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of these terms of use.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at terms@boffix.com. We maintain excellent security protocols and cannot be held liable for the impact of any unauthorised access.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights to our “SSS” and all the material published on it in the name of BOFFIX. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties and all such rights are reserved.
You should not modify any copy, paper or digital material provided by BOFFIX via its “SSS”, nor utilise any copy, text, illustrations, videos, audio presentations, artwork, graphics or any collateral that is owned by boffix or its 3rd party suppliers. In addition, should you wish to use any part of our site, you must seek our agreement. As part of this agreement, you must acknowledge BOFFIX and/or its contributors as authors. Should you breach our terms and conditions we reserve the right to require you to cease using immediately, and your right to use boffix material will be rescinded. We take copyright Infringement seriously.

DATA RETENTION POLICY

Here at boffix, we promise that we will only use personal information in a fair and lawful way. We will only collect information from you that is necessary for the service offering that you have signed up for and do our very best to ensure that we keep it up to date and accurate. We will only keep the information for as long as we need to and keep it safe and secure while we have it. We will not share it with anyone else and you can always request to see what information we have about you.

NO RELIANCE ON INFORMATION

Our “SSS” are purely administrative and the content we provide is for general information only. It does not amount to detailed advice, and you cannot rely on it. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action based on the content provided by BOFFIX. We try to keep the information on our site up-to-date, however, we are human, so cannot provide representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by the relevant law, we exclude all warranties, conditions or representations or other terms which may apply to our “SSS” or any content provided, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
use of, or inability to use, our “SSS”; or
use of or reliance on any content provided
use or reliance on services provided by our associated companies
use or reliance on individual Boffix employees who you come in contact with.
This will include, but is not limited to:
loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
business interruption;
loss of anticipated savings;
loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
any indirect or consequential loss or damage
We will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, be it caused by digital actions or technical deficiencies. For example, virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, power outages, failure of telephony systems, or other technologically harmful material that may infect telephony, computer equipment, programs, data or other proprietary material you have utilised for your use of “SSS”, downloads or associated or 3rd party websites. We provide 3rd party websites for information only, we do not endorse them or any linked websites.

PROVIDING INFORMATION TO BOFFIX.

Whenever you make use of an app, feature or tool that allows you to upload information to our “SSS”, via websites, our employees or other means, or make contact with other users of our “SSS”, or are provided with the contact information by BOFFIX, you must adhere to the following principles and standards of our community ecosystem.
Your interaction must:
be accurate (where you state facts);
be genuine (where they state opinions);
be relevant (where it relates to a blog, or content, and
comply with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which they are posted.
Your interaction must not:
contain any material which is defamatory;
be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case; or
advocate promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
promote sexually explicit material;
promote violence;
promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;
be likely to deceive any person; be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
promote any illegal activity;
be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;
By using our “SSS”, you confirm that your interaction/information complies with these principles and standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.
Any content you provide to our “SSS” will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such content for any purpose.
We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of our “SSS”.
The views expressed by other users do not necessarily represent BOFFIX views or values.
TAKING OUR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

In order to set up your account we have a one-time non-refundable administration fee of £25 + VAT.  This one-off fee sets you up on the extensive boffix ecosystem as well as covering 3rd party costs to companies such as Veriphy (to meet the Anti Money Laundering Act). Once you are on, you can simply switch on services as required. This fee also covers 3rd party anti money laundering and identification checks, which may need to be completed before your service can commence.
